Great Britain’s Lora Turnham & Corrine Hall won the 28th edition of the Belgische TandemRace after dominating the four day race. The World Paracycling time trial champions won all 6 stage’s to take victory for the second year running. Day three consisted of a 2.4km time trial on the 400 metre open air track at Hulshout before another flat, 85km blast around an industrial park. The race moved north to Essen on the Dutch border for the final stage, another 80km kermesse around the town. New male tandem pairing, Steven Bate & Adam Duggleby won stage 2 & 5 and finished 3rd on GC, a dropped chain on stage 1 possibly costing them the top step on the podium. The British boys won the Green Jersey points competition. Rhiannon Henry & Lauryn Therin placed 2nd on stage 4 and again on stage 6 to secure 4th place overall. Ireland's Katie-George Dunlevy & Eve McCrystal placed third.
