Jason Eastwood (Primera-sports.com) won the season long Portsmouth CTL closed circuit series at the Mountbatten Centre. Known to the regulars as “The Wednesday World Cup”, the flat track is a sprinters paradise. Consistency was the key to Eastwood's success in the 20 round, mid-week series, the Primera rider missing only two rounds, one to a mechanical and one to illness. Always a season objective after his 2nd place last year, Eastwood was quick to praise series organisers, Tim & Sue Knight and the support of Primera-sports.com.
