In the Interests of your own safety
Cycling Time Trials and the event promoters strongly advise you to wear a HARD SHELL HELMET that meets an
internationally accepted safety standard. In accordance with Regulation 15, ALL JUNIOR competitors must wear
protective hard-shell helmets.
It is recommended that a working rear light, either flashing or constant, is fitted to the machine in a position visible to
following road users and is active whilst the machine is in use.

Course
START in Caird Avenue opposite lamp post No.36 by Scout Hut
Proceed south to junction of A337 where left and east to Lymington. At the one-way system get into right hand lane to
town centre, give way to traffic on your left, get into the left hand lane and carry on down the High Street to bottom of
hill, great care, turn left along Gosport Street to mini roundabout. Turn right across level crossing, over river bridge, bear
left and follow the road across open forest to Hatchet Pond (10.8 miles). At junction with B3055 turn right, great care, and
follow the road to Beaulieu to join the B3056 to Lyndhurst (19 miles).
At Lyndhurst turn left into the town, great care, and then left into the one-way system. Get into right hand lane to Goose
Green and turn right and get into left hand lane to join A35 at Swan Green (20 miles). Continue along A35 to crossroads
at Cat and Fiddle pub, Hinton (30.3 miles). Turn left and go through Walkford to roundabout on A337 where turn left to
FINISH by Fawcetts Field sports ground opposite lamp post No.41 by west end of road island (32.3 miles)
Notes. Please keep noise down at the event HQ at the start of the event, there are houses nearby and it is a
Sunday morning! Remember that you are riding on public roads and for your own safety and for the future of the Sport
you are expected to keep to the spirit and letter of the Highway Code. Any rider observed riding in a manner which may
jeopardise his or her safety, the safety of others, or the future of the Sport will be disqualified and reported to the the
South DC of CTT.
Remember that there are animals roaming on the roads between Lymington and Lyndhurst, take great care, particularly
with the young foals that are now around, they are unpredictable!
