Joe Parker (Blazing Saddles) won the South District Hill Climb title on Saturday 3rd November, clocking 4 minutes 38 seconds on the 2.4 kilometer climb of Old Winchester Hill in Hampshire. Promoted by Fareham Wheelers, the rearranged Championship had been rained off three weeks ago but the club were rewarded for their persistence with bright, windy conditions.
