Darren Clarke, Tour of Tidworth race organiser writes "I am organising the Tour of Tidworth next weekend on behalf of the Army Cycling Union and am struggling for assistance to support the race, we do need about 20 marshals and drivers per event. The event runs from Fri 30 Aug with a TT from Tidworth, Sat is a road stage on the Stockbridge circuit and Sun is a TTT and road race around Upavon, I would be massively grateful if any of you have some spare time whether you would kindly come along and help out, all will be paid for their time, and if driving given fuel expenses.
The race promises to be a great one with 2 fields of 60 riders, I am hoping that for next year it may be upgraded to being a premier calendar event for next year, depending on how this year goes.
If you are free and fed up with the summer holidays come along and have a good time supporting top class racing in Southern Region!"
