Great Britain’s Para-Cycling sprint squad have cancelled their planned 3 day training camp at the Bournemouth Track. The track is unridable when wet and the forecast is not looking good, perhaps the only thing missing from this great venue is a roof. The camp on the 31st July, 1st & 2nd August will now take place at the Manchester Velodrome. Coach Chris Furber was disappointed but said “It’s just too big a risk to take this close to the games” referring to the potential lost training time.
