After 2 rounds of the series the overall was looking very tight in the mens 2/3 series. Matt Allsopp in the lead on 225 points, Lee Smith and Steve Calland joint 2nd on 210 points. It ended up being a very well fought out battle. All 3 riders placed in the top 3 places in the 2 primes on the final sprint. Matt Allsopp had a strong team with him and had the edge in the final sprint and taking the victory on the night with Lee Smith taking 2nd place and Steve Calland 3rd.

The women series also came down to the final round. Emma O’Toole went into the final round in 1st place with Izzy Wild in 2nd just 20 point behind. Meredith Gilbert being a further 10 points behind in 3rd place. At the midway point of the race there was 1 prime which Izzy missed out on but Emma picked up 10 points. The race came down to a large bunch sprint which was won by Elise Sherwell moving her up to 3rd overall, closely out sprinting Helen Nicholas for 2nd place and Izzy Wild in 3rd. Izzys 3rd place was enough points to move here into 1st overall and win the series
